I was born in Sheffield and studied fine art and animation for a degree.

I worked freelance since the 80’s, mostly illustration and comics, recently painting again.  This is mixed in with being a graphic designer and community artist.

I love living in the Pennines.  I produce a visual response to my world on all its levels because language isn’t my first language.
