I sell primarily to trade customers, supplying a number of small shops and  galleries around the UK (see my web site).  I confess that I am a terrible failure at the marketing side though. I am utterly bored by the whole tweeting, facebooking, blogging side of things.  There are so many more interesting ways to spend any free time! 

So, alas, my website is rarely as up to date as it should be! 

I have been silver-smithing for 10 years and enjoy it as much now as I did on the first day I started.  I never run out of ideas and get very excited when I find a new way of working the metal.  For the most part I find metalworking a very meditative process, though it can be immensely frustrating too when you can’t achieve what you have in your mind’s eye!

Stylised natural forms and favourite pieces of text often feature in my work, and creating work myself has given me a greater appreciation of the work of other designers & makers across the fields of art and craft.  It has brought me into contact with the most interesting and inspiring people.
