Welcome to Pennine Artists

We are one of the most respected visual and 3D arts groups based in the hills of the Pennines, Yorkshire, England. 

We have members from the South Yorkshire market town of Penistone and many of the nearby villages - Bolsterstone, Oxspring, Silkstone, Silkstone Common, Thurgoland and Thurlstone. 

Members include painters and potters, textile artists and a felt maker, digital artists, jewellers and kiln glass artists, a willow worker, an illustrator/cartoonist, and even a toy and automata maker.

Where to see us next

Quite a few of our members are currently exhibiting as part of the "Creative Connections" exhibition, hosted by the Cooper Gallery, Barnsley. 

We are also getting ready for Currently Crafted:  a pop-up market, hosted by the Orangery in Wakefield at the end of March.
